  • Native English speaker with at least four year training experience in China.

EDU Department Director
Main Purpose of Job

  • To take the lead in education management for corporate/individual language training business.
  • To plan and develop education programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills training for Market Leader team.
  • To develop and implement education strategies and integrate external/ customer training programs.
  • To lead, manage and develop Market Leader (CN) team to implement both internal and external education projects.

Internal education
Take the lead to manage education and training network, system and processes to ensure the quality of training programs is consistent, systematic and can be aligned with the needs of Market Leader team
Establish training programs to ensure sales team is technically competent
Integrate soft skill training in the internal training programs
Lead the team to develop and implement internal education projects and activities, and work closely with the regional sales team to achieve and measure the results
Evaluate and monitor the level of of the trainer, product knowledge and soft skills in sales department and education department to ensure education training goals are met
Ensure the sales force apply the acquired knowledge thru working with them in the field, and collect feedback in order to improve internal education quality.

External education
Develop and implement education strategies for China Market Leader to support the business needs
Manage customer education and training programs to help our customer
Lesson plan updated according to the customer needs
Cross-cultural management

Lead the team to develop and implement customer education and training projects according to market needs
Establish strong customer relationships to help strengthen the Market Leader education branding

Camp Trainer
Job responsibilities:

  • Native Chinese speaker with at least two year English training experience.
  • TEM8 holder is preferred
  • Having experience in camp training is preferred
  • Result-oriented Self-motivated

Intern(Marketing/Sales/Teaching/HR)
Job responsibilities:

  • University Students. Major in English is preferred.
  • Good English speaker.
  • CET-6 Holder at least.
